Why Me?

and how I can help you …

Prior to becoming a Cognitive Hypnotherapist I had a career as a stage actor, then Area Sales and Training manager in the Corporate world. Always I had a sense that ‘I didn’t fit’, and despite numerous successes that I was going to be ‘found out’.

Looking back, I appreciate these were unconscious processes and patterns at work, beyond my conscious awareness but affecting my accomplishments and happiness. This was my ‘lightbulb moment’, leading toward my own process of change and the ignition of desire to help others in the same way.

I became interested in Cognitive Hypnotherapy following Psychotherapy training, as it shares my belief that rapid change is possible. I am passionate about helping clients find the answers within, successfully negotiating challenges to live happier and more fulfilling lives.

How I work

I work either face to face with clients in my leafy Berkhamsted therapy room or from HQ Therapy Rooms, in Dalston, or by Skype or Zoom for clients further afield. An initial (no charge) telephone conversation will help us decide whether Cognitive Hypnotherapy is suitable. If yes, we book sessions which include downloads tailored for you at no additional cost.
