Helping you

You’re here because things aren’t how they could be, and I understand that. I have seen it many times before. I trained to become a counsellor and psychotherapist to help clients acknowledge and explore the issues that can affect us all.

I care about the pain that you, or your young person are experiencing. That is why I have created a service which draws upon differing ways of working to offer you a full range of methods to help you address your issues. The aim is to help you get yourself back in the time that it takes. Or, to find new ways of looking at things, to explore a new way of being in and seeing the world. If you don’t know what it is you want, I’m here to help you work it out.

Helping you

Working together

I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation to help you see if we are a good fit.  When you feel ready, we begin our journey together, with the aim of helping you reach your destination of choice.

If you were to wave a magic wand today and tomorrow brought the changes that you would like what would that be?

Call me for a chat, and we can start to see how it would look.

I treat you as an individual, and help you tailor a bespoke plan that is unique to you, and works for you. This means that my experience across differing areas come together to give you tools which work for you, and that you can keep forever. This means you can understand and deal with your issue forever and for good.

Feel Heard

I promise you will feel heard, without judgement. In such an environment, you can understand what it is that is upsetting you, dealing with it for once and for all. This can mean an end to the problem which brings you here.

I offer a confidential setting, in which you can explore any issue you choose. This means you can really explore what is at the heart of what is getting to you. Meaning an end to whatever it is that is causing you pain.

I will accept you for who you really are. This means you can be free to be yourself, for perhaps the first time ever, and see what that feels like. It is alright to be authentic, and to be the real you.
